As a Master’s graduate in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine—with hundreds of clinical hours and over a decade leading a mental health rehabilitation program—I’ve learned that true well-being isn’t created by one intervention. It’s built through consistent, nourishing habits that honor your unique mind-body constitution, or what Ayurveda calls dosha . Alongside my clinical training, I’m also a Somatic Coach through the Focalizing Institute. Focalizing is a transformational modality that helps release the blocks—trauma, stress, conditioning, emotional patterns—that keep us from feeling grounded, joyful, and fully alive. Once those barriers soften, it becomes a creative pathway to deeper clarity and embodied wisdom. My work is rooted in my early background in Social Work and Psychology and shaped by years in behavior modification and integrative health. Today, I bring all of these perspectives together to help people reclaim their health, reconnect with their bodies, and live in alignment with who they truly are.
